Rent and mortgage are extremely cheap but places are also run-down and worn from previous owners and numerous gang-related crimes. It is home to the poorest members of the community who are simply trying to get by.

The cheapest one you can get would probably have no TV, refrigerator, and oven. Oslo Town's cheap houses may cost little, but it won't make you feel any safer. Within the dangerous neighbourhood, security is extremely lacking, but it's a lot better than being homeless on the streets.
