Prince Richard is the second child of former King Louis I and Queen Mary. He is currently married to Duchess Louisa of York. Richard used to be the black sheep of the family and would definitely have ended up a commoner if he didn’t meet Louisa Clarke. She was ultimately the person that changed him from someone who would rather kick a homeless person in disgust to someone who would immediately offer alms. Richard was once very pretentious and extremely judgemental. He was often seen or sometimes heard mocking commoners and labelling them as: "piles of trash." But, when he met Louisa he was totally taken aback because she wasn’t completely head over heels for him like ALMOST every girl he has encountered. Therefore, he pursued her and changed his life for the better in order to actually meet her standards for a man. 

 

Richard is a great father to his children, just like how great of a mother Louisa is to all their children. He wants everything to be perfect for his family and would do anything to help them succeed in their chosen paths. In addition, if it were not for the Consitution, Richard would allow his children to pursue a career in society, which Louisa is highly advocating. He knows Louisa can get in a heated mess when his she presses the wrong buttons, but Richard vows to protect her no matter the costs.
